custom SKU no longer printing on shipping label?

can someone from ebay please fix the broken shipping label page?

we used to be able to print our custom SKU on the label, but now the only thing we can print on the label automatically is the auction ID number.,.. that number is useless and we need the custom SKU to be automatically printed on the label again...

why was this critical feature removed????

Yes this is a problem, it just disappeared and we need it back.

Yes please! This is critical to shipping even a modest volume of orders without introducing an unnecessary opportunity for error.

Yeah, every time some  "improvement" is made to the shipping tool, something either doesn't work right or it gets harder to use. I know eBay hates its Sellers but I can't figure out why increasing the opportunity for error is good for anyone.

It is now December. Looks like ebay has no interest in this issue. So sad.(
