create listing error my account is new how to solve this error

my account is New when i create the listing add item detail fill up and i'm click submit  listing  then show this

error please help me if you know this error ???

As you are a new seller you have a limit to the value you can list an item for.

I am unsure what that amount is over here, but the only way to get it increased is to contact eBay using Help/Contact  at the top of each page

As you are in UAE there may be other restrictions I am unaware of but eBay should help

This not an error, it is an informational message. 

It appears you have a selling limit that you hav reached. 

That limit could be ZERO until you have provided sufficient information to raise the limit.
