Oh  man, I stopped selling stuff like Beverly MD here because of all the problems it caused.  I was selling Gundry super berry powders because I had too much product.  I had them from the manufacturer, but still had so many problems with buyers kvetching about the sealant on the jars and claiming counterfeit because it didn't look exactly like the sealant on some other photos.  I had receipts from the manufacturer, but eBay Facebook took a youtube video - yes, a random YOU TUBE video for authentication - eBay CS is not very good.

Don't bother - sell it locally.

@168lim

I don't see anything you've sold that meet that criteria. Have you purchased a sealed counterfeit? Confused...

Did you receive a VERO notice?

If you did there should be info in that notice telling how you can contact the rights holder.

You didn't really answer either of my questions!

What is the item?

Who told you it was counterfeit?

For the latter "eBay send me a message" is insufficient! What kind of message? Was it a notification of a Vero takedown or an internal eBay message?

Post the message here (redact any personal information).

Email send by ebay

We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our VeRO Unauthorized Item Policy. Unauthorized copies or counterfeits are illegal and not allowed on eBay

@168lim You can read about the VeRO program here:

https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/ebay-for-business/verified-rights-owner-program

The help page explains everything including action you can take to address this with the rights owner.

@168lim

Concerning your muscle stimulator and used hearing aids you have listed:

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/medical-devices-policy/

I would end those listings before you receive another warning from Ebay.

Hearing aids require a prescription.  Muscle stimulators are also not permitted to sell on Ebay.  You are jeopardizing your account by listing these items for sale.

It's very doubtful, though, if it's from the manufacturer, like OP's product and mine. I ended up just using up the powder myself - I'm still working on it.  I had the same problems with some powdered makeup kits I had some years back when I had too much product. Never mind what a pain the backside the market can be - Health and Beauty can be tough.
