How can I change the zip code in my listing?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you aren't really needing to change your Zip Code, being located in Romania, but you update your addresses (at least on the .com site) at https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses .

I want to ship from Romania to other countries and my products to different cities in Romania. so i have to put more than one address or I have to call the courier to come to my place to pick up the items.

one more request I would like to be sure that I do my first listing correctly before publishing it, can you help with that?

What are you trying to list? 

Suggestion:  Avoid auction style listings.  As a new seller you are a target.  Lots of scammers out there.  Use a fixed buy it now price with immediate payment required checked off.  Don't accept best offers either.  Give the customer a fair price that will benefit you both.  Do not ship anywhere accept what is on the invoice from Ebay. If a customer asks you to ship elsewhere, add a gift card or send to a relative, tell you they need your Paypal address to pay you...say no. 

Don't communicate with anyone off the Ebay platform.  If they say text or call, it's most likely a scam.  Make sure you communicate with your customers.  Important.  Protect yourself.  Make sure you also read about what can and cannot be sold on Ebay.
