I have almost 660 lisitngs.

Is there any way to publish my listings from eBay.com to eBay.co.uk?

Like download csv file from ebay.com and upload it to ebay.uk? 

I have already tried ebaymag but quit due to a lot of bugs there are issues with shipping prices and shipping times.

You may be able to download like that and upload, but I've never sold on eBay UK and I do not know if it is the same.  But then, What could it hurt to try?

No, that I do not know. But what I do know is that in the listings, while you are making the listing(s), there is an option you can tick off to make it possible to list the listing(s) available listed on UK Ebay as well.

I do believe that this costs a tiny amount of money, but it can probably be a cheap price to pay if you are selling a lot. Make a new Sell an Item listing, take a look, and see what you think and if it could benefit you.

Yes you can subscribe to a 3rd party listing manager like Six Bits. You can sign up for their 30 day free trial, and use that time to duplicate your listings from .com to .UK.
