is it possible to have combined shipping and automatic payment on your listing. If so, how do I set it up.

You can set up combined shipping by using the combined shipping rules under Account settings > Selling > Shipping preferences.

I'm not sure what you mean by automatic payment? If you're talking about "immediate payment required," that setting is on the listing form.
