How do I patially refund a customer for shipping fees if combining into one package, but paid for 4 different shipping fees per each transaction?

Refund.

Reason: Shipping discount.

Give the buyer whatever amount/partial refund you want.

Select the item from your orders page. Click on the drop down menu and select refund. There you can enter whatever amount you wish to refund the buyer. It only takes a moment so make sure you select the correct amount. Best of luck to you....
