charged twice for the same item under the 'General & Priority

I’ve noticed that I was charged twice for the same item under the 'General & Priority' shipping or listing costs. It seems that eBay deducted this cost twice. Could you please help clarify why this occurred and advise on the process to request a refund or correction for the duplicate charge?

Sounds like you promoted your item using both the general and priority versions of promoted listings. Can you take a screenshot of the order breakdown?

@so_926407  if you had the listing enrolled in both General and Priority then yes, it's possible to be charged both fees. That's how it has been since eBay introduced the Priority cost per click model - it's not an error/duplicate charge and not something eBay would refund.

From eBay's help/policy page about this:

Multi-campaign strategy attribution

It is possible to see a sale attributed and reported as both a general and priority sale if you have the same items promoted using both campaign strategies.

Priority ads will incur a charge each time they are clicked, regardless of whether that item sells. For general ads, the ad fee is based on the ad rate of the purchased item at the time of sale.
