change to Sell Your Item Form, Photo editing?

I didn't see posts about it but I haven't been listing lately. I just started one now and can no longer see how to edit (rotate) my photo. Is this feature gone?

The edit button is missing, but if you just click on the photo (click in the center works for me, but I've heard other sellers saying to click in the upper left where the button used to be or right-click, double/triple-click, so your mileage may vary), the edit options still appear for me including rotate.

Just click on the picture you want to edit and the rotate photo icon is there along with the other edit features.

Yes, I tried that. Fortunately I was able to talk to CS quickly and they said try Chrome and that did the trick.
