Good day,
I had sell one item for $ 2,600 but unfortunately there were a mistake from my side that i did not select Global Shipping
The buyer from Hong Kong, and he is receiving a message "This seller did not include shipping costs to your location. Please contact the seller or change your address"
What to do ,,, I want to send it to Hong Kong,
Is there any solution to change the shipping setting after purchasing ?

", I want to send it to Hong Kong,"
It would appear you are a new seller.
Before you attempt to send this high value/high scam magnet item to an international buyer are you prepared to lose the item?
Are you prepared for the buyer to say they received an empty box?
Are you prepared for the buyer to claim the Item Is not as described & then return a brick?
Are you prepared for any scam attempts on the other item you have listed?
"there were a mistake from my side".........the mistake may have been to list it on eBay.
I would cancel with the reason "Problem With Buyer's Address".
Then sell the item locally for cash.
However the decision is yours.
Stick around for other members to offer their thoughts.

Ok I'm confused sold item says from Kuwait
The camera lens you have listed says it is in NY & a longtime member (2012) with free frieight shipping ?
You offer a whatsapp number in description also says your in Kuwait
You want to ship to Hong Kong but listings say under shipping tab US only, which means nothing if you didn't set shipping preferences under My Account>Site Preferences.
You can't change to GSP after it was purchased, you can figure a shipping rate and try to invoice
These listings have me confused, not to mention I see no past sales
Wishing good luck you & buyer !

Do not sell to China or Hong Kong unless the item is less than 75 cents. Period....

If I were you, I would cancel the transaction using the reason - Problem with buyers address.
And then not list anything over $35 on ebay until you have as much recent selling feedback as the dollar value of your item.
There is only one seller protection on ebay - and that is that you have online tracking that shows delivered to the address on the paypal payment. There is even less protection when you sell and ship International.
You may want to ship it because you want the money, but believe us when we say that you will not keep the money for long and soon be out the item and the money.

Maybe we have been lucky, but selling to both has worked out pretty good for us, at least with our small-dollar items. YMMV.

You may want to take your phone number (or whatever that is) out of your listing ASAP before you help to scam yourself. You'll be contacted to do a deal privately, you'll get "paid" with a fake payment, you'll ship your lens and find that you have no lens, no money and no recourse.
