Apple cell phone empty box for sale with IMEI number on the box Isn't it possible to steal a iphone with this info?

It'd be possible for whoever got the IMEI to report the phone as stolen and get it deactivated, which would really make the rightful owner unhappy.
That said.... don't sell an empty box. That will NOT work out well for you.
