Is it possible to get more buyers' attention by listing store items in the same category?

If you listed various foods, like tea, spices, SriLankan biscuits, and specialty candies, a buyer who came for the tea might find other items she wants, because she is thinking "food" and you have different foods.

While if you listed one kind of tea, a package of balloon animals, a collapsible beach chair, a dozen tube socks, and a fidgetspinner, the buyer who came for the tea would be less likely see anything else that interested her.

You will need to items in the category that applies to the particular item.  If all the items you plan to list are the same type and fit into the same category, fine.  If not, listing any of them in inappropriate ones will probably shorten your selling life on eBay considerably.

Before posting any listings, I really think you should consider this link;

You are only going to receive so many replies to your many questions from these boards.  These members are here to advise, not teach.  That's your job and you're not going to get any attention by asking constant questions of the same.  You are only delaying posting your listings and the money you will receive from them.  Try the seller school.  It can help you.  Good luck.

The way to get more buyers is to list items people are looking for.

You can have 50,000 listings, but if no one is looking for them, it isn't going to make any difference.

Have a great day.
