Hello, I have a simple inquiry. A buyer opened a case for a product that did not arrive. The tracking number of the shipment shows that the first shipment was returned to my country due to problems in clearing the shipment at the customs of the buyer's country. the buyer opened a case for a product that did not arrive. Then the buyer told me that he wanted another product. So I sent the buyer a second shipment for free. The second shipment was delivered to the recipient's address. When the buyer received the second shipment, he told me that he was happy with the product and thanked me for providing him with the solution he wanted. So I asked the buyer to close the case for a product that did not arrive. But the buyer asked eBay to help close the case, I think because the buyer does not have enough experience. eBay closed the case and eBay told me. Outcome: You were not found at fault. More info: We received tracking information from you that shows the item was in transit or delivered to the buyer's address. However, the scan date is after your stated shipping and handling time. In the future, please ship your items as soon as possible. You don't need to do anything else.
The second shipment was delayed to the recipient's address by only one day. I have a question. I notice that my sales have decreased this month? Is this a problem that will cause problems for my account?

Don't worry about it, the decrease in sales has nothing to do with the case and it wasn't found against you so it won't hurt your account.
