It's been over a month and a half since I've been able to post. it was all great and then one day the whole layout changed and I could not select my shipping or returns it just shows a checkmark next to it and won't let me change it I've set a preference but it shows it's applied then on the bottom says no returns which are not my policy and for the shipping, it doesn't matter how many times I change it won't change and when I try to list the item it shows please select a policy it works ok on the desktop but that doesn't work for my business I wouldn't be able to post it on it. I've talked to many agents and supervisors, and all they offer is workarounds does anyone know how to fix this issue?

It looks like you're selling. You had 2 sales today alone and have 3000 plus listings. I also notice you have free returns. I've read where others are having the MBG added to their listings even though they state they won't accept returns.
Ebay has a money back guarantee. No returns does not mean not refunds. You have to accept returns.

You may have exceeded the monetary limit or listing limit that you are able to list with your other issue. You can ask Ebay to increase your listings. You may want to try that option. Also, don't bother with Ebay CS. Waste of time. Go here and get the correct answers and results:
