I'm tring to list my first item on ebay.But i can't do it.it's show below message :-

Your in Sri Lanka I believe you need to sell as a business using payoneer I don't think individuals are allowed to sell. You need to check the rules for your country first and enroll in managed payments with payoneer account. You need to ask ebay to raise the limits I doubt they will so sell low value stuff first. Once you have checked if your allowed to sell on here.

What the message means is that you will need to contact eBay customer service, to get verified, before you can begin listing. They will ask you to provide documentation of your identity. This is standard operating procedure for international sellers. You can try to reach customer service thru eBay’s Twitter or their business Facebook page. Good luck and wish you much success.
