can't check off the countries i don't ship to when listing an item

Hi.  I listed an item the 2nd and didn't see where you could check off the countries you don't ship to.  So, I thought Ebay changed things again and it would automatically do it itself since I only ship to the lower 48.  Well yesterday I tried listing some more stuff and still didn't see where you could check off the countries again.  So, I went back and checked the one I listed the 2nd, and it showed that I would sell to just about all the countries in the world.

I called Ebay yesterday and told them I only ship to the lower 48 states and didn't have the box to check off the countries I don't ship to.  They said it was a glitch and it would be fixed soon. 

This is the 3rd day now and I can't list my items because I don't want to sell all over the world.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I asked eBay if it was just me and they said it was everyone.  Just asking just in case I need to call eBay again.

      To the best of my knowledge there is no "glitch" the call in eBay support is useless these days and often gives you bad or incorrect information to simply get you off the phone. With the new listing form, or even with the old one, it is easier to setup the countries you don't want to ship to in your personal settings.
