I aded a potential buyer to my blocked list this morning, but I think he may have started watching the item before our message exchange that led me to block him. Now I would like to send an offer to the watchers on the item, but am curious as to whether that buyer can take the offer even though he is blocked. Does receiving the offer give him that chance? If so, what are my options?

If they are blocked they won't be able to purchase.

I would say that it's possible he will receive the offer, but he probably won't be able to accept it. eBay's logic in sending him the offer anyway might be that it could spur him into clearing up whatever difficulty got him blocked in the first place, in which case he could then make the payment.

Don't even attempt it. I think he will receive the offer too but won't be able to complete the purchase. I would not send an offer on this item.

@ms.rodriguez* Sorry, didn't see your response when I posted above. To be honest, I am leaning in the direction of your post. Seems like there's a potential headache here, which is why I put him on the block list to begin with. Thanks for the input!

I think he still can buy that one widget he has a watch on but as for other items I believe they are blocked. Just cancel the post and relist it. Done Gone.

If you've blocked them, they don't get the offer, and can't buy.

I've sent offers on items blocked buyers were watching, it just says "offers not sent for 1 item" and shows a red note when you hit send.

Don't worry, just send your offers. Blocked buyers can't buy them on the account they are blocked on.

No they won't receive it. Prior to the latest configuration, I got a notification when I tried to send an offer that you can't send offers to blocked buyers.
