Just saw a People's Court episode. Buyer sees a car listed on Ebay, goes to see it, looks it over (without taking it to a mechanic) and buys it. Upon getting it home and doing a little more inspecting, discovers the passenger side airbags don't work and wants the seller to pay for that to be done. Judge Marilyn rules against him (as is sale). Couldn't he just have filed a NAD and Ebay would have returned his (I think) $16,000? I don't ever plan on selling or buying a car through Ebay but am just curious.

eBay's Money Back Guarantee doesn't cover motor vehicles. There is a separate Vehicle Purchase Protection program.
