So i sold a coat on eBay. The seller paid a week late. I was working 10 hour shifts so i also sent the item late. My mom threw the tracking number away and i was pretty much **bleep**ed. I was away at work, I work everyday Monday through Sunday. Seller claimed they didn’t receive the item and then gave me negative feedback claiming I sent them a nasty message. I let them know that they will be recieving both the item and the money for the refund and therefore i was blocking them from buying with me. Can i get the negative feedback removed since i sent the item and the refund?

Now that I see the feedback you left for buyer, ebay will not remove the feedback. I would not call ebay either, just let it go. You can't leave a positive with negative comments.

1. Nope, without proof of shipment or delivery eBay would have refunded them anyway
2. Your feedback you left is a policy violation
3. Working 10 hour day is no excuse

I'm scratching my head a bit here, what am I missing?
You said you shipped the item, tracking number was thrown away, but the buyer didn't receive the item.
And now you have told the buyer they will receive the item and a refund.
So, how do you know the buyer will receive the item if it's been shipped and perhaps lost?
The item is a vintage coat, so I'm assuming you don't have two of the exact same coat and can ship the buyer another one.. right? .....or am I wrong?
