buyer pays return shipping

I'm pretty new and am trying to set up a policy where the buyer pays for shipping on returns, how do I do that?  Step by step if you could, thank you

You can do a "bulk edit" of your listings.

1) Go to LISTING, ACTIVE (select all your items)

2) Go to top of the page and click EDIT

Now you should be in the EDIT SCREEN

3) (select all your items) and click on BULK EDIT

4) click on PREFERENCES, RETURN OPTIONS, ACCEPT RETURNS

5) click on ACCEPT RETURNS (click on RETURN SHIPPING PAID BY BUYER.   Save your changes.

Have to ask:  You do know that, if a buyer opens an item not as described case with eBay, the seller is the one who pays the return shipping cost if he wants the item back, right?
