buyer open a case

good evening
today a buyer opened a case because he regretted having bought a remote control
I sold it a few days ago and it is international shipping with global international shipping
A while later,  E Bay closed the case but when I wanted to see to see the case, they sent me to a page like this ttps://signin.ebay.co.uk/
and it asks me for password and username to enter
why is that?

Because the buyer lives in the UK and filed the case there?

or how can I see the case without going through that page?

The buyer is likely trying to get a free remote. Until the new international shipping program kicks in, most sellers have no way of getting items returned that are sold internationally. So a seller is forced to just give a refund without a return.

Yes it is fine to enter your user name and password there. All ebay sites use the information.  I doubt that there is any other way of seeing the information.

I noticed the buyer from Ireland, So i think he opened the case from ebay.co.uk (Most irish shoppers prefer ebay.co.uk than ebay.ie).

It's ok to sign in on ebay uk page, all ebay websites need to sign in separately, so no problem.

Hello I buy two cd's in Rarewaves shop, the first ono is in 2023, and they said the cd CAT STEVENS arrived in 27 of dezember. Until now i do not receive the cd. I always contact the seller and i'm working with them, but is enough time to the cd arrived to me. The second cd is STATUS QUO a triple cd, does not arrived yet. So I resolve to open a case against the seller. If the cd´s arrived I will close the case, but at this time I want preserve my interessed, because I want this cd's.
