Go to help & contact, type in blocking a buyer & then follow the instructions, It's very easy, just remember to put the name in exactly, using Caps or #'s if needed

I realize you are looking for how to put someone on your BBL.  That link was given to you by @mtgraves7984 .

But I'm confused by your very brief post.  What do you think putting someone on your BBL has to do with the buyer's feedback?

Please know that putting someone on your BBL that you have had a transactions with recently will NOT block them from being able to leave feedback.
