buyer cannot request total

Hi i have a buyer who said she has several of my items in her cart, but it will not let her request a total.

You need to go into your auctions and remove the "Pay Immediately" requirement and then she will be able to request a revised invoice.

Another possibility is that if the buyer is using a mobile app,  if so, the "Request Total" feature is not available.

Why eBay doesn't make this a working function is the $64,000 question.  I guess I am showing my age by that question.
