buyer cancelled order via their bank after 30 days claiming item was not delivered

buyer cancelled order via their bank after 30 days claiming item was not delivered even though tracking showed other wise. She made claims on ebay and paypal all found in my favor. Then she cancels payment via her bank and now ebay and paypal are telling me there is nothing i can do!  What is going on her, ebay offered me a$25  coupon to buy things and I said no I want my money.  SO NO ONE  can help her they just the buyer cancel payment even though item shown as delivered

The seller seems to always get the short end of the stick. What was the value of the item?? To tell you the truth, I would have taken the $25 coupon because something is better than nothing. I know that it is VERY frustrating, but "it is what it is".
