Clothing, both new and used, is a very competitive category.
The hardest part will be learning shipping.
This is a good start.

Most sellers use USPS for its low price, cheap tracking, and speedy service.
The second hardest part will be returns.
You can refuse returns, but you cannot refuse refunds.
Most of the problems about returns comes from a misunderstanding of that simple idea.
While you get ready to sell, do a little buying.
Preferably from sellers who leave feedback on shipment.
Stuff you will need in both your B&M and for online. Tissue paper, pretty stickers. poly envelopes.
You can take credit cards directly if you have a merchant account, but most buyers prefer to use an anonymizing service like Paypal, so set up a PP account.
Another common error, eBay does not use feedback to assess seller accounts, only your future buyers do that. But ignoring customer complaints and Disputes will kill your business with Defects.
Most members find the Boards when they have a problem. There are 140million transactions every date on eBay, the Boards overrepresent the number of problems.
Never be afraid to ask.

Well WELCOME to Ebay. I have to say you are already a step ahead of many that come to sell here. Typically on the threads we get those that have started selling and then ran into problems because they assumed they could just wing it. And whatever issues they are having is because Ebay did something wrong.
I have a feeling you are going to be a terrific seller. Those that are proactive can do very well here. Below are some links that should help teach you about stuff around here. It will seem a bit overwhelming to be sure as there is lots to learn. But take your time, read and digest stuff and then ask all the questions you need to. Anything at all. We will all be here to assist you.

I don’t know what type of clothes you have been selling in your store. If you’ve never sold clothing online before, just know that there are many differences compared to selling in a B&M store.
You might get bombarded by info, a lot of this you can learn as you go. But you just have to start slow so your risk is low as you learn.
One huge tip I have from one clothing seller to another, do anything you can to make buyers understand the sizing of your clothes. That will be your #1 reason why your buyers will file returns. Try to minimize them.

The Op wouldn't be able to post if they didn't have an eBay account.

You must try selling on Amazon, Amazon have good margins. Also by using tools like AmazeRepricer you can sell more and earn more profit.
