broblem with the new update account details

Good morning.my problem is that when I'm trying to update my account details I have the message  we can't verify the info you provided. please see review.I put my correct info of day birth, ID card (pdf,mpeg,jmpg i've tried all the formats of my ID card). address. etc. It is for the new set up of managed payments of ebay.Any help please?

Probably best to post on a board maybe in Turkey, somewhere that uses Payoneer not Adyen.

All countries have their own banking requirements so I can't really begin to know how to assist you, sorry.

I had the exact same email, ebay wants you to ad a credit card so when your "ebay account" is low, they can use your CC to take out any money you might owe them.

My partner and I both got this on our eBay accounts. On his account he verified it by providing a bank statement.

On my account I clicked "verify bank account" and they made two microdeposits into my account for me to verify (but this is going to be tricky if your bank account is a different currency than your pay outs).

Likely a bank statement is all that is needed to verify your account.
