It seems as though ebay selling is getting more problematic daily,,,I do remember the days when it was rare to have a problem with a sale,,,I got a question from a buyer that was very odd but answered it to the best of my ability though it was a subjective question that only she could answer,,,I logged off my laptop for about 1/2 hr and logged back on to see she had emailed me again with a request for a sharp decrease in price,,Since I was logged off she emailed me 5 more times asking why I wasnt answering her,,,Ok,,,Politely declined to all 5 emails and decided to block her against future problems,,,Next day she tried to purchase item full price and emailed me due to "why blocked"?,,,Next few minutes she purchases it with a male user id with a mans picture to a different address...How did she do that?? Called ebay they said it was the same buyer but didnt have an answer to how she did this,,,Anybody know?

User has more than one ID

Users can have up to 8 eBay IDs.
Little surprising that eBay would have told you it was the same person.
Also a little surprising that they didn't "have an answer to how she did this".

Hi, are you absolutely certain the buyer is her? A different address, different gender, different user ID points to the possibility of a different buyer. Could be coincidental.

Probably a friend or relative bought it for her. In the future I suggest putting listings on hold (end for a month) if an edgy buyer has too many obnoxious questions. In the mean time hopefully they will buy from a less strategic seller. You have to protect yourself, eBay will not do it for you.

So imagine if you have a brick & mortar store. A woman comes in acting strangely and makes you uncomfortable. She wants a particular item for less than it is listed at. As a private business you have the right to ask her to leave and refuse to do business with her. That is your right as a private owner. So woman goes outside where you cannot see her and a few minutes later a man walks in and tries to purchase the exact item. Are you going to look him in the eye and say, you need to leave and I refuse to do business with you?
