in the past 3 days 2 bidder were not able to bid on my items and told that they are on my block list and they are NOT on my block list.

does anyone know what is going on.

Check your buyer requirements page and your buyer activity log to see if your requirements prevented those bids:

Maybe they have non-payment strikes and have been restricted.

Being blocked as a buyer and being on your blocked buyer list are not the same.  What country were they from?  A buyer in Brazil and many other places would get a blocked message as used consumer goods are not allowed to be shipped in.

I also think scam "buyers" are using this as a starting point for taking the transaction off of eBay's platform. Make sure you keep all communication within eBay messaging and require that the "buyer" use the eBay checkout system (if it comes to that). Do not give out your telephone number or your PayPal email or any other information along those lines.
