Its a huge AI scam there is no human working there anymore. The crap site is full of errors in favor of the company and nobody can or will fix any of the issues. **bleep** YOU EBAY IM NEVER GETTING MY MONEY WASTED HERE AGAIN!

The AI is actually more efficient than the subcontracted minimum wage slaves in Utah.

I would advise using either the Chat (written) function if the automated Dispute service doesn't work for your problem.

EBay also has FaceBook and Twitter employees who seem to have decent training.
