a buyer from the UK is telling me he cannot place a bid on one of my  US listings,  How do I correct that on my listings to allow  bidders from the UK.  Is this a problem on my end or the bidders end.

Two of your listing show you only ship to USA.   Go to Listing, Active, Edit (add International Shipping).

You may have to adjust your shipping preferences OR your item may not be able to to be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions.

Just to be sure, I would check it out.  Lots of new rules and guidelines concerning overseas shipping and it appears customs is cracking down hard in many countries.  Again, check it out.
