Many people like the excitement of out bidding others and they often bid more than they normally would because of it. Listing it with a fixed price you might as well put it on autotrader. It can take a few runs on Ebay to get a car sold, especially a specialty car like that in the middle of winter. Best thing would have been to list it auction style starting at $100, with a reserve and a Buy It Now.
