t auction items with FREE SHIPPING.  the automatic payment method ebay has installed negates the buyers from purchasing multiple items without having to pay for each individual item.  this allows ebay to charge multiple transaction fees on each and every auction item purchased.  i regret, i will now have to charge a 0.65 cent shipping charge on all my 0.01 cent auction items an a result of this ebay payment policy.

Go to your preferences, remove the opt in for immediate payments for auctions, and continue as you have been doing. Easy-peasy.
