Added a Video to listing

I added a video to my listing and it has been “under review” for over 4 days. Is this normal? The videos were under 10secs. and should not be any issue. I have listed videos before and they were visible almost immediately.

Videos stuck "Under review" for longer now?

I have multiple listings I've made over the past week, one listing is 3 days old and none of the videos in each listing are uploaded. Is this normal? It used to take about 1-3 minutes to get a video approved on a listing.
