13.6 Seller Fee?

I listed a cooler and the selling fee was 13.6% + $.30. This seems high. Does anyone know why charged for so much for this? I tried getting help from Ebay but can't get any help through chat or phone. What is the selling fee now? I thought it was 11....

What contact info of mine does buyer see if I accept offer?

Curious what a buyer sees of my contact info if I accept an offer. Does he see my name, email, address etc? It's not clear on ebay.

Does anybody know how to do this? The edit buttons don't work and "SELL SIMILAR" won't let me do it either. There doesn't seem to be a way to sell an item using an auction.
