When I see Ebay's promotion "A new listing experience is coming!" at the top of the page why does the theme from Jaws keep entering my head?

Cost to sell car

Seems to be regular confusion on this.eBay charges an insertion fee for basic low volume seller of $19. There is no other fee involved after car sells. So proceeds to me, the seller, would be $9,989 when the car is sold?
