I only want to know one thing. When I have an item to sell and it doesn't am I charged again and again until I end the item?

It depends on whether or not you’ve used up all your free insertion fee listings.

You get 250 free basic insertions per month.  Fixed price listings roll over each month on the same date as they were originally listed, and each time it rolls over it will use up one of your free insertions, if available.  After you use up those 250 free insertions, you will be charged 35 cents for each additional insertion in that calendar month.  You can end your listing at any time to avoid further rollovers and insertion fees.

You're not charged anything as long as you stay under 250 listings a month, don't use a reserve or any other listing upgrades.
