automatic relisting

I have had a few items lately that i've received emails on that they were automaticlly relisted. when i check the items, the box for "relist 7 times" is checked. when i first spotted this, it was happening when i relisted through outlook so i stopped doing that. now it appears to happen when things are listed through my phone. i have to go through and uncheck that box, but ebay has already used up one of my monthly listings. this ticks me off because sometimes i don't want to relist an item that has not done well. does anyone know how to totally prevent this from happening or do i have to go to ebay to make them stop?

The mobile App has been changed to all GTC listings, they will continue to relist every 30 days so I wouldn't use the App 

If you list on a PC with windows browser & are using the Quick listing tool try to switch it to the Advanced tool & see if that helps but you still need to make sure it is not cecked in the box  next to the  Automatically relist this item up to 8 times if it doesn't sell. Fees may apply for each relist.

I make sure it is not checked on my Advanced listing form & haven't had an problems
