If Ebay doesn't allow dropshipping from other retail sites, why do they allow sellers to use autods.com to list here?
That program dropships from retail sites.

Why they care where it comes from anyway? That rule would be tough to enforce. That could be it.

It wouldn't be hard to enforce, if they would just do it.
@kensgiftshop I've encountered them before as well when I was researching triangulation fraud and must agree, especially in this case it would not be hard to enforce at all since many of them appear to use a premade html listing template that literally has a copyright with the name of that site in the text at the bottom.
A simple advanced search for a specific term in the description pulls up millions of them - at the very least eBay could start there.

Drop shipping in itself is not against eBay's policies.
You are not allowed to use a source know mater what it is
with out their consent and knowledge to drop ship.
If you find a source that offers drop shipping and you enter
into an agreement with them to drop ship for you that is allowed.
Drop shipping

Ebay is fine with dropshipping, but not from other retailers, which that program does.

@eunster1313 the site in question is not a "wholesale drop shipper" that you would enter into an agreement with to have them drop ship for you.
All they do is automate the process of scraping product data from other retail websites, posting those items for sale on eBay at a marked up price, then placing the order to "drop ship" from that retail site. The source (retail site) has no idea they are being used as a "supplier".
It is exactly like if you just did it yourself by copying and pasting the information from Amazon into your listing and then manually placing the order on Amazon once it sells - only you can do thousands of listings at a time, for a fee of course.

It looks like just a drop shipping app to me - it just automates the process. This however, cracks me up:
"Start dropshipping with AutoDS and save time on your mission for freedom."
"Freedom" has to be one of the most misused and misunderstand words these days. 🙄
