The new ebay authentication process is very broken at best. First of all neither the seller or buyer asked for this - and an item this ebay utilized authenticator rejected is in perfect shape. also this authenticator did not return my merchandise in its original shape, it was a sports card. what in the world are they doing touching my merchandise? or the buyer's merchandise they intended to pay for? ridiculous.
