well a lot of the numbers are low (ex: 1) so maybe it would be better if the feature still isn't working if that means I'm actually getting more hits than that.

Probably what you're seeing is just another glitch...

After checking with customer service about my TRS status I've decided that, starting Sunday, I'm taking the next couple months off... Maybe by September they'll have worked things out... Or maybe hired some 'real' it staff.

No, still broken about 85% of the time.

It was announced that they were to be fixed July 3rd.  They worked most of that day only and are back to "-"...

For me it's the opposite seems to work today 85% or more of the time.
