ebay now removes bad feedback before a buyer's "bank decision" has been made.... at least they finally started for me. If ebay tells you you're in the right and buyer loses 3 times, outcome doesn't matter so that rule was so illogical and cost ebay as that's ebay's $$ and that feedback is the only "evidence" the unhappy baby buyer has, so I explained that side too, and the i have a crazy person's rant on top of feedback and you no matter what will remove, but we have to wait again for a outside bank's decision that doesn't matter? ran into a lot of illogical things... like ebay uses a standard size chart for authentication (one chart) although converse is 2 size difference in sexes and adidas 1.5 between men to woman and 1 woman to men, salomon is 1 both ways... so if we now have to pay and they get it wrong which they did and admitted many times, the help with relisting and free .10 doesn't cover shipping, you will be forced to refund. Also, USPS now charges X2 the amount to return an item if buyer puts the wrong address..... I brought up many issues I ran into that made no logical sense or potential issues from Christmas rush and finally one was changed.

A bank's decision...   are you referring to charge backs?

Whether or not the buyer is right or wrong doesn't  matter because the customer is the bank's customer and the customer  is always right. They usually always win. 

You must be doing something wrong to have so many chargebacks.

   Wow. 3 hours recorded of that? I doubt anyone would last more than a couple of minutes listening to such a recording if it in fact exixts. Let alone do anything with or about it.
