additional item specs

I have approx 150 items that have items specs required.  These specs may be height, width, or depth.  I will have to take each item and measure.  why is all this required? I usually list the height or width but having to remeasure this many is ridiculous. Any suggestions?

@tenn-iris I suggest that you make sure that these specs are REQUIRED and not just RECOMMENDED.  I list in a few different categories that ask for height, width and depth and they are only recommended.  If that is the case for the categories you are listing in, you don't need to do anything unless you want to.  For your sake, I'm hoping they are recommended only!

Specs are required not recommended.  When I list they are not required but then show up as required. Some have even shown as type required and when I go to correct the type required is already correct.  I think a glitch in the system but sellers are the ones that have to deal with the problem.
