hi i got this email from ebay. what is the issue and concern for the account?

In the meantime, your listings have been moved to your Unsold folder, and we credited any associated fees to your account. You can find the listings we moved below. As soon as your account has been reactivated, you’ll be able to relist these items.

No one here knows what the issues or concerns with your account are, and eBay will not tell you what the issues or concerns with your account are.

All you can do is follow the instructions in the message and hope.

If they ask for certain information, I would try to include it all at one time for submittal. Refrain for sending them bit and pieces. Submit all they ask for and don't submit anything they don't ask for.

We cannot answer that. Do as they said and get in touch with them, they will tell you why.

Ridiculous waste of resources by ebay to verify your identity, it's that simple-they aren't kidding either they will shut you down if you don't jump through the hoops.
