I'm a seller on e-bay for a 12 years, I have more than a 3.900 sold items with a 149 followers and 3.450 100% positive feedbacks, without any argue, open claims or problems with a buyers ever.
Yesterday e-bay suspesnded my selling because of a Low Detailed Seller Ratings (Low DSR)%11.8%, and noticed a several items bought by a buyer in a two transactions, but this buyer gave me a positive feedback and I contacted him now and he again wrote me that he is satisfied with transaction and that is everything ok and that he didn't open any claim or anything negative about my selling, so I really don't understand why e-bay made restriction on my account ??? Anyway, I didn't had any problems with any buyer recently, but if I had it will be normal that e-bay contact me first and warn me about a problem and tell me how to fix any problem instead to do like they did yesterday just close all of my 'buy it now' auctions and put my payments on hold like a bully, without any explanation how to fix a problem or how long will be on a suspension !! I think that I don't deserve such a treatment !
I tried to chat yesterday with agent and explain a situation but agent didn't want to checked whats happened. so I think that is only way to speak with someone with higher ranking in e-bay. I really don't know what I did wrong in my selling, what is a Low Detailed Seller Ratings (Low DSR)% 11.8% and why e-bay made a problem with that if a buyer is happy with transaction ?
Of course, this situation made me extremelly nervous and I don't need that, I will now probably lost all watchers on my 'buy it now' listings, so please I need some answers ?

Check your sellers rating. What is causing the 11.8%? Does it have to do with tracking or delivery time? Cause that has nothing to do with the buyer. That has to do with you. If the percentage is below standard Ebay will restrict your account for selling. You need to make sure that you upload tracking on every package you ship out. You must also ship out at the time you state. If you miss the deadline you get dinged. You don't want to get dinged cause this is the result it goes on your record. Customers feedback or opinions has no say into this situation. They can be very happy all they want but unfortunately not when it comes to your seller level.

As an International Seller you are subject to Ebay's Bad Buyer Experience Rating
This link explains the rating
https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-regulations-policies/ebay-policies/bber/
Read it, it should become obvious to you what you did wrong.

Low Detailed Seller Ratings can be a problem because many buyers simply don't understand how it works. Some buyers mistakenly think one star is good and five stars are bad. Some people mistakenly click the stars. Low DSR is from feedback when the buyer gives stars for shipping time, shipping costs, communication, etc. Some buyers I am going to assume just click anything not realizing it will affect the seller.

You still have listings so you've not been totally black listed. To me that means eBay will give you a chance to recover before your next evaluation. One thing that can help is to use faster shipping service from Croatia. It will cost more but at least you'll still be selling.
