is here any solution for this please

We are committed to reducing both fraud and negative buying experiences on eBay. To maintain a safe marketplace, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until an additional review can be completed. We have completed an additional review of your account and show that your account was originally restricted because it was in violation of eBay policy and your behavior posed a risk to the eBay community.

Because of this, we have decided that your account will remain indefinitely restricted from selling. We have taken this action out of concern for the safety and integrity of the eBay Community. Due to eBay policy, we cannot provide you with more specific information.

We understand that this situation may be frustrating; however, although future emails from you will be read, we will be unable to respond to any further requests to reinstate your selling privileges.

Please keep in mind that members who are restricted are prohibited from registering new accounts with eBay, or selling on eBay using any existing accounts. Although, you are still eligible to purchase items with this account, please note that eBay reserves the right to suspend existing accounts as well as new accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a restricted user or by any other associates of a restricted user.

Well if eBay has restricted you indefinately there is nothing you can do.

No solutions. You may have ignored ebay when they asked for proof of who you are, or they wanted proof that you own the things you are selling. There are a number of reasons.

Sorry, but it looks like you'll be doing your selling somewhere else.

Your only solution is to seek another platform to sell on, and read and understand their TOS before listing.

Looks like you were drop shipping from a retailer.  Drop shipping is a allowed but you can't do it via a retailer.  Your feedback displays you had several unhappy customers as well. Here's some info:

Drop shipping and product sourcing

"However, listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed on eBay. Activity that doesn’t follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including but not limited to: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, loss of buyer or seller protections, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account."

Ebay seems to be cracking down on this practice as it is clearly a violation. I'm seeing more and more of these types of suspensions every day, especially with international sellers.  Sorry.

Wishing you good luck with future career opportunities.

You are located in Morocco and drop shipping items items from multiple US retailers. Drop shipping is a poor business model on eBay and most who attempt it do not last long. You managed to survive a coupe of years which is longer than most. ckimodog pretty much summed it up.

9 negatives out of 159 items sold has a story all of its own to tell. Then you have 9 neutrals. Good Luck to ya.
