hello , my eBay account is restricted , Can I create a new account after closing this account or eBay will block it?

As far as i know, You can't do that.

Not only will ebay block it, they most likely will suspend you for life ... if they haven't done that already.

Why were you suspended in the first place? Why don't you work on getting un-suspended. That's what I would do.

I'm curious too on what happened. No negs on your account. You must got someone mad at you at just the right place and with the right words.

But anyway....trying to do what you are trying to do will most likely seeing you banned for life. They can tell where you log in from on your IP address. There might be ways around that...but if the big dogs in ebay finds out....Banned For Life. Sounds like a rock group.

You are selling Roblox which is a virtual transaction. You are also located in Georgia...not in the US state of Georgia but in the country Georgia...which in itself isn't a big deal. But it might be a big deal on a virtual transaction AND:

You've listed your Instagram and Discord contact info in your ebay ad. Big. Huge. No.

And I am guessing one of your competitors turned you in.

But this is all a guess on my part.

Sorry about that. I'm not sure you have an ebay from scratch to work on. I don't know how you'll be able to get your account reinstated after that. It appears you might have had quite a few hits against you.

Maybe someone here can get you pointed in the right direction. I got them the reason you got booted or at least what appears to be the reason.

Why were your restricted?  What did he notice say?  You cannot create another account if you have been restricted or that account will be shut down also.  What did Ebay tell you that you needed to do?  More information would be helpful so that people can advise. 

Never mind.  Selling digital items on Ebay is prohibited and restricted.  Sorry, you cannot sell on ebay anymore.
