I am 15 yr eBay Seller with 100% positive feedback. 

1)Weeks after Buyer bought item. Seller (me) received buyers negative feedback? ***

I was never notified before. buyernsaid item garbage, missing parts???

2) Buyer tried to extort me. Send refund then I will remove negative feedback? 

3) Seller reported BUYER. Buyer admitted eBay told him send photos-buyer did not.

4) BOTTOM LINE! eBay will not answer phone-bad AI. Requested eBay respond? No answer or unacceptable alternatives-outrageous!

5) Negative feedback from EXTORTING BUYER HURTING MY SALES. NOW 97% POS FEEBACK

ebay! answer phone, stop extortion buyer disrupting my sales and reutation!

Easy to email me directly? Rught! Why runaround robots to dead end ebay sites. thanks and kindly contact me and abide by eBay policies.

If the buyer tried to feedback extort you the feedback is easily removed.

97% Positive Feedback is unlikely to be hurting your sales, but in this case, you do have a good case for removal.  Take those messages and contact eBay not by phone, but via Facebook Messenger (you can create a dummy Facebook account if you don't already have one or don't want it tied to that account, it's only for communication purposes and you'll use a link they provide you to authenticate your eBay account, so they don't care what name is on the Facebook account).  Here's the link:  https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness

The description says "Unused", but pictures show one of the handles is damaged.

Feedback just says broken handles. Buyers can write on feedback what the problem was. Did he open a claim and did you approve it ? I just checked the listing, why did you lie and say it was never used ?

It looks like the bone handle has a hairline crack in one of the pics. Is this what the buyer is referencing?

eBay does not require buyers to send photos to sellers to justify negative feedback.

A pictures does not prove anything, Otherwise, sellers could show a picture of a Rolex and ship a Timex.

Steps...

Report the buyer. If possible, add a copy of the extortion message. 

Block the buyer, including communications. 

Request FB removal. Again, if possible, add copy.
