what should I do if i dont have paypal in my country? should i put my credit card info for when im selling

No one can purchase or pay to your credit card, that is for you to purchase with. Without paypal you will be unable to sell on eBay.

If eBay requires PayPal to sell here ...

and you do not have PayPal ...

then you cannot sell here.
