i list my two items but they are in, no activity/reserve not met section . Is that problem.

Does my item are in ebay for sale?

Probably best they did not sell as you can not legally be paid for them.

Sri Lankan government laws forbid Paypal incoming funds, so this would be also true for other processors I imagine - you will need to find out the laws in your country and what they allow. 

Adyen or Payoneer are the only processors for eBay - but if your country does not allow it then you can not use them so please check first.

I realise you have Paypal, you can use Paypal to buy, you can NOT LEGALLY use Paypal to receive funds as per your governments laws.

Up to you, but I would not want to be caught for breaking the laws of my country.
