Zero insertion fees per month not received

I usually get 50 free listing at the beginning of every month but have not got any for May 2018. Is this an oversight or what? My sales have been so low that I was relying on the promo to relist my better items.

Have to tried a listing to see if you are charged? I have them on my other account. There was a visibility glitch (wrong store levels showing) that affected some accounts, maybe yours is affected by not showing them.

All sellers automatically get 50 free listings every month.  It shows under "promotional offers"--
