@nuclearomen So far, I haven't seen ebay say that it is now prohibited. I've used Flipper Tools to create a graphic link in my description that opens in YouTube. Haven't done it recently though, because I've been using the video-in-gallery instead. (In part, because I figure sooner or later ebay WILL prohibit a link to YouTube videos.)
Last time I used Video-in-Gallery, it was much improved in terms of the time taken to upload and approve the video, but who knows whether that will be true next time LOL
This seems to be the current links policy :

Keep in mind that the Fall Update is likely to be sometime within the next few weeks, and they might change the policy.

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques i know about the upload and them approve it go into the galley on the listing, don't know if can do that with a youtube video or not... but I watched how one does it for their listings and the convertor site they use for it, place in the description... only reason I ask is cause I have a vinyl release, recorded live at 2018 fest, there is video of the entire show that was released on usb stick in 50x copies, they then released the entire show on vinyl later same year...anyways, video would give the sound quality - top notch thought maybe it may help to place it.

Yes, you can add YouTube video links on description. Read the below article for more information.

@nuclearomen Here's one of mine with a video in gallery:

and one with YouTube link courtesy of FlipperTools:

Here's the link to get the code for the link from FlipperTools:

Uh-oh, says it isn't currently working, suggests you use a different site:

(I haven't used this one, but it looks OK to me....)

Want to add I checked and the last video I put in Gallery was approved within 15 minutes, so ebay has definitely improved the approval speed. Again, no guarantee that that has become the new norm....
